Modern life is filled with distractions, often leaving us disconnected from ourselves. At a time when technology, social media, and the pace of life are constantly competing for our attention, it can be challenging to slow down, listen, and make choices that serve our well-being. Are you saying yes, when you really mean no? Are you caught in the endless trap of seeking external validation or approval to feel at ease? How do we access and listen to our inner knowing? This workshop, which is part of a series of explorations aimed at bringing spirituality to life, will focus on centering, listening, and making conscious, intentional choices. As you begin to tune into yourself and the sometimes subtle messages from the body, you can begin to access the guidance and vast resources that are always here to support you. Join James Foulkes and Aurora Hutchinson as we reconnect with the intelligence of the body to access deeper wisdom, creativity, and knowing, allowing us to use the body as an emotional guidance system. Through yoga and other movement practices, meditation and inquiry, you will discover more about yourself, and be offered tools for accessing the clarity, wisdom, and knowing that’s already here.
