This course teaches you how to regulate your stress response naturally, respond to life’s challenges with greater calm and clarity, and cultivate a stable inner foundation you can return to again and again, no matter what life brings. Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, you’ll be invited to trust your direct experience, welcome all parts of yourself with kindness, and rediscover the steady presence that’s always available within.
This 8-week series is designed to help participants develop practical mindfulness skills to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with an inner sense of ease and stability.
Participants will:
Develop the ability to access a felt sense of safety and support (Inner Resource)
Build skills for grounding attention in the body to regulate stress
Learn to observe thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them
Cultivate self-compassion as a foundation for healing and resilience
Practice responding thoughtfully to stress rather than reacting automatically
Integrate mindfulness into daily life for ongoing calm, clarity, and wellbeing
With the support of a small group and a consistent weekly rhythm, you’ll have space to embody these tools and return to them when life gets bumpy.
