“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ~ Rumi
As the weather cools, join us for a series of Fall meditation retreats for an opportunity to rest and reset in the gentle container of community. Now, more than ever, cultivating connection is essential to our individual and collective well-being. After a busy week of juggling competing demands, we’ll slow down and tune into ourselves to restore calm, grounding and ease. Join meditation and Reiki Master teacher, Aurora Hutchinson to explore mindfulness practice from an evidence-based perspective, working with the mind and body’s natural relaxation response. Through meditation and inquiry, this experiential workshop will allow you to experience deep relaxation, compassion and ease within ourselves. Ending with an energy share, you will leave the retreat feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and fully restored.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or working on building a practice, mindfulness practices allow you to release expectation and judgment to enter the present moment where you remember the peace and serenity that is naturally here!
Join us Friday night, October 11, 6:00-9:00pm, or Saturday afternoon, October 12, 11:00-2:00pm, or attend both sessions!
