Join us for a midsummer evening meditation retreat for an opportunity to rest and reset in the gentle container of community. After a busy week of juggling competing demands, we’ll slow down and tune into ourselves to restore calm, grounding and well-being. Join meditation and Reiki Master teacher, Aurora Hutchinson to explore mindfulness practices from an evidence-based perspective that work with the mind and body’s natural relaxation response. Through meditation and inquiry, this experiential workshop will cultivate deep relaxation, compassion and ease within ourselves. Ending with an energy share, you will leave the retreat feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and fully restored.
