Join Aurora Hutchinson for this series of classes that will help you feel grounded, jump-start or deepen your mindfulness practice, and empower you with tools that support lifelong wellness. - The physiological and psychological mechanisms underlying stress and mindfulness practices.

- The active ingredients of meditation to find a practice that works best for you.

- Opening through the senses to cultivate presence and appreciation.

- Ways to create a nourishing, meaningful personal practice.
