First degree Reiki attunes you to healing on the physical body level. In this certification training, you will learn the basics of Reiki, participate in guided meditations, receive the four 1st degree attunements, as well as learn how to do Reiki treatments on yourself, others and animals. No previous experience is necessary for Reiki I. This training gives you an understanding of Reiki, its roots as a spiritual practice, and its benefits for you and those around you!

* An explanation of the three levels of Reiki
* Vibration sensing exercises
* Reiki I Initiations
* Hands-on practice of the basic Reiki hand positions for self & others

After completing Reiki I, you will have all of the necessary tools to develop your personal Reiki practice, which is the foundation of this powerful practice.
